Course Contents

The aim of this course is to enable students to learn the characteristics of healthy newborns and healthy newborn follow-up, recognize health problems and high-risk conditions occurring during the neonatal period, perform appropriate care and practices, and acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to refer newborns to appropriate healthcare facilities when necessary.

Violations of scholastic honesty include, but are not limited to cheating, plagiarizing, fabricating information or citations, facilitatingacts of dishonesty by others, having unauthorized possession of examinations, submitting work of another person or work previouslyused without informing the instructor, or tampering with the academic work of other students. Any for of scholastic dishonesty is aserious academic violation and will result in a disciplinary action.
