Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts, theories, and practices of management. The course covers the historical development of management, its core functions (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling), contemporary management approaches, and their applications in the business world. It is intended to enable students to gain a comprehensive understanding of how organizations operate, analyze management processes, and apply this knowledge effectively in their academic and professional careers.
