Undergraduate education at our faculty lasts for four years (eight semesters), and the medium of instruction is 100% Turkish. Students are admitted to our faculty based on the preferences they make according to the previous year’s base scores, provided that they pass the 100,000 success ranking threshold determined for law faculties under the EA (Equal Weight) score category in the university entrance exams organized annually by ÖSYM. Additionally, if quotas are announced, students may also be admitted via the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS), as well as through internal or inter-institutional lateral transfers. For our students who wish to benefit from an exchange program for an academic semester or year, we have an agreement with the University of Fribourg under the Swiss Mobility framework. In addition to fundamental courses related to the core field of law, our faculty’s curriculum includes elective courses that pave the way for specialization in specific areas, such as IT Law, Competition Law, and Sports Law. Furthermore, courses in Academic Writing Techniques and Legal English are taught in the foreign language field by expert instructors who are native English speakers. Likewise, students wishing to learn German are offered the opportunity to take German language education as an elective course throughout their period of study.
